MATERIALS:
Crochet Hook: 4.5mm
Yarn: About 24 yds of cotton, weight 4 (Recommended: Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton)
Extras: Yarn needle, scissors
The recommended yarn for this pattern is 24/7 Cotton by Lion Brand. This yarn is mercerized which gives it added durability, a shinier look, and incredible stitch definition. The unique texture of this yarn helps to wick away water so your coaster won’t look wet after holding a cold drink. The cotton fiber also makes it more absorbent to keep your surfaces dry and protected. Mercerized cotton works best for this pattern, however, any cotton yarn would be a good substitute.
